Color Spaces
All items should be created in CMYK space. Use of different space, such as RGB may result in false colors.
In the case of works created with office applications like Word, Power Point, it is possible to generate only the RGB space, so consider false colors.
Please also note the differences in colors, in contrast to inkjet printers and display on the monitor.
Dark black
To get the full, dark black, use 100% black and approximately 30% of each color. The total percentage of all components of the CMYK should not exceed 300%.
Image
Bitmaps should be at a resolution of 200-300dpi. We recommend 300dpi. Turning the project check that bitmaps rotate properly.
Do not allow tonal gradations to less than 5%. Add noise to tonal transitionsto avoid banding.
The format used
To indicate the format used do not use the outline but crop mark dimensioning or possibly in the format of the given file. The figure below shows the proper preparation.
Bleeds
Graphic elements reaching the edge of the page (use) should be increased by at least 3 mm beyond the edge of usage, which will be later cut in bookbinding treatment.
Margins
Avoid placing text and other important elements (logos, addresses) too close to the edge of the page (cutting line), because in the process of bookbinding treatment they may be truncated. Do not use the duplication of uses on the site yourself. If the document is more than one page do not put them side by side
on one page but each on a separate page. The file should contain all the pages present in the work, including blanks.
Sending files
If you send more than one file, Compress files to a ZIP or RAR format. Files with more pages, should be sent to us in a single file, if it is not possible, name it for example the obverse, the reverse.
